  Crown-of-thorns starfish

Description
A number of crown of thorns have been reported in Barangay Rizal in the town of Dulag, Leyte. The town in cooperation with barangay fisherfolks and BFAR Region 8 and also GIZ, has started extracting these from the reef area.

Location is only estimate, GPS point to follow once the MPA has been established.
